Bohemian Spring Styled Shoot in Sion, Switzerland

Having the opportunity to photograph this little bohemian wedding inspiration has been so much fun and so rewarding.

The romantic scene was styled by Cotton Candy. Along with very soft and beautiful vintage gowns from One love One life. Serve as inspiration for couples wanting a natural and romantic look, celebrating all the beauty switzerland has to offer.
The setting, Sion, Switzerland, is a stunningly breathtaking backdrop, don’t you think? I loved all the muted tones and the rustic details.

It’s normally hard to plan a shoot on the other side of the world but it was so worth it. Thank you to this super talented team from Saint Petersburg, Russia and also to the wonderful models who made this experience so much fun and beautiful.

En Pointe & Roses / Wedding Inspiration Shoot

I absolutely love being able to create something beautiful and fun to help inspire brides for their wedding day.  All the vendors on this project were not only extremely talented, but also very fun to work with, and what we put together was above and beyond what I had expected.  The beautiful bride for the inspiration shoot is a professional ballet dancer and wore two breathtaking Anka Lehmann dresses and veil.

Katrina Betts did the gorgeous hair & makeup.  She had dressed Maria’s hair in such a way that she was able to create a different hair style very quickly during the shoot. (by just unclipping the back section and clipping in hair extensions).

The day of the shoot turned out to be surprisingly hot in Zurich that weekend, so she also attentively checked the make-up throughout the shoot to keep it looking as fresh as possible under the extreme temperatures.

The Bride carried a dreamy bouquet designed by Iris Utz, with a mix of pink, and hints of green and yellow, wrapped in a delicate pink velvet ribbon.  All the floral arrangements and wedding bouquet take my breath away each time I look at the photos.

The beautiful wedding cake and favour cookies were designed by Natascha Buck from Fleur de Sucre. They just show how pretty you can go with wedding cakes these days.”

The Regency House provided the furniture, including the dinning set, candlesticks, and other fabulous pieces.
I knew the shoot would be lovely and  I am so incredibly proud to have been a part of this fabulous styled shoot. Thank you to all our amazing wedding vendors & collaborators who helped make our styled wedding shoot so beautiful!

I’m super excited to share a few of my favorite photos on the blog. Enjoy! xo, Carolina

Jessica & Aldo’s Baby Belly / Chile

♡ Last Summer, Jessica and I decided to take advantage of the beautiful glowing sun and capture her baby bump and family, before the baby made it’s appearance….now they must be snuggling their sweet baby girl, but I still had to share this lovely belly session ♡

A perfect autumn day

A couple weeks ago, I got together with stylist, Lu Li, to do a shoot for her fabulous blog. I didn’t have any light modifiers so I just had to embrace the hard and beautiful light. The one thing I love about direct sunlight is, if you can angle the model’s face correctly, it really sculpts out her bone structure. I had nothing in mind for this shoot as I wasn’t familiar with the location. We walked around her beautiful neighborhood and stopped when something caught our eyes. At the end of day, we had a super fun shoot. The full story is in her blog, 3 ways to wear – these are my favorite shots ☼
